Thomas fast curing adhesive ( THO207)

Application

It is acrylic ester two-component glue, it is convenient to use for it cures fast once contact, making it unnecessary to mix. The product is used for the bonding of stones, ceramics, glass, jade, metal, rigid plastics, cement and crystal products.

Features

Component A is light purple viscous liquid, component B is light yellow transparent viscous liquid.

It cures fast, there is no need to mix the two components, you can only apply them on the substrates. They will cure only if the two parts are put together.

It cures and bonds well 2 hours after applying the adhesives.

Being malleable and durable, it has high strength and weather resisting property.

It can be used under a wide range of temperature, from-40℃－+150℃.

It is non-toxic after it solidifies, so it is convenient and safe to use.

The shelf  time is one and half a year at room temperature.

Main technical parameters are as follows:

Bonding strength: tensile strength≥20MPa  shearing strength≥15MPa

Curing time: (25℃) react after contact. It reaches its primary curing state after 10-20 seconds. 10 minutes later, the bonding is fairly strong, and it reaches its maximum state of bonding after 2 to 3 hours.

Instructions

1.     clean the substrates, make sure the substrutes are free of oil,chemicals ot other contaminants.

2.     Apply component A and B on the substrates respectively.

3.  fold the two parts, and leave it alone for 10 minutes.

Notes

1.      the tools used to get adhesive shouldn be different. And component A and B shouldn’t be mixed.

2.      keep the working condition well ventilated.

3.      wash the skin with soap if the adhesive contacts skin.

4.      keep the bottle well sealed and it should be put stored at well ventilated place.

notes

1.      if the pressure inside the pipeline is too strong, extra press is needed, Better not do the work when the pressure inside the pipeline is still strong.

2.      make sure the surface of the leak spot is clean and reinforce the bonding with several layers of adhesive.

3.      if the material is glass or stainless steel, apply the coarse glue before the stopping of leak.

4.      control time. The mixture remain effective for 90 minutes at 20 ℃.

5.      the temperature has great effect on the speed of solidification.

6.      clean the skin with soap if the mixture contact skin, if serious, ask doctors for help.

7.      cover the can, keep the mixture away from children and fire and store it in the darkness. The storage time is 12 months.
