This one-component product is made of modified acrylic anaerobic adhesive. It solidifies with light, so it is convenient to use.

Application

This product is widely used in making glass crafts, crystal products, electronic components (LCD Liquid Crystal Display LCD and sealed fiber-optic connectors, touch panel, SMD, LED, EMI, VCD discs, laser head, touch screens, cameras, Optical lens, speakers), the instrumentation industry, glass furniture, glass + metals (including rare and alloy) plastics (PVC / PC / PS, ABS), mobile phone button, and other materials.

Instructions

A.     After the can is opened it could be used directly without stirring, for stirring in air forms bubbles, which may cause flaws on cementing sides.

B.     Make sure both cementing sides are clean without dust or oil, otherwise the cementing effect will be impacted. (Clean cementing sides with acetone solvent if necessary.)

C.     First smear one side with adhesive, and stick two sides together. It solidifies within about 5-30s with ultraviolet. If assembled parts are easy to slide and shift, irradiate it with black strip lamp for 8-15s for preliminary fixation. And solidify it with ultraviolet. By doing so assembly rejection rate could be reduced.

D.     After it is opened, it is necessary to fasten the cap, lest quality be impacted by vapor.

E.     Place adhesive in cool and dry places, to avoid direct sunshine.

F.      Solidifying time is influenced by material thickness, distance of light and other factors. Therefore, it is necessary to test irradiating time of ultraviolet before operation.   

Notes

2.     Pack product with dark color package and place it in cool and well-ventilated places, to avoid direct sunshine.
