Outline

It is a one-component modified epoxy adhesive. The surface of the firm bonding is smooth and bright. The adhesive cures at room temperature or  after heating.

Applications

It is applied to the bonding of plastics, composite fibers and metals which are used in filters or its relevant fields.  

Features

It is sticky paste.

Curing time: the firm bonding can be formed within 20mins when heated at the temperature of 125°C.

Being weather and heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature.

Mix the two components in a certain proportion, apply it to the surface of the substrates acquiring no strict treatment, which makes it so convenient to use.

You’ll get long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes.

It is non-toxic after it cures.

Shelf time is one year at 3-5°C.

The main technical parameters are as follows:

Heat resistance scope：- 55°C—500°C  hardness: shore D 83   cure shrinkage: 1.5   water absorption rate:24 h＜0.05% 

Tensile strength≥28MPa ;     Shearing strength≥30 Mpa      at 280°C, tensile strength:3-4.6MPa

Instruction

1. Clean the surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them, wait until they are dry.

2.Apply the adhesive on the substrates evenly. Put them in the oven, hest it at the temperature of 125°C for 20 minutes.

Notes

1.If it has contact with skin, you should wash thoroughly with soap and water.

2 It is advised to be stored at well-ventilated places with low temperature places with low temperature, and keep them away from fire.

3 Cover the lip after using it.
