Thomas thread-locking adhesive    (THO160)

Outline

It is one-component polyurethane modified adhesive. It is easy and convenient to use for it is moisture curing and bonds well.

Applications

It is applied to the sealing pipe-lines, oil tanks or gas pipes, It also applies to locking of thread and screw or even the potting of electronic terminals.

Features

It is light yellow sticky liquid.

Fast curing speed, within 30 minutes, its surface cures, it reaches its maximum bonding strength 24 hours later..

Being weather and heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature.

Mix the two components in a certain proportion, apply it to the surface of the substrates acquiring no strict treatment, which makes it so convenient to use.

You’ll get long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes.

Non-toxic after solidification, though it is a little smelly.

Being stable, its shelf life is one and half a year.

Instruction

1. Clean the surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them,

2. Apply the adhesive on pin thread, wait until it is dry.

Notes

1. After applying adhesive, wait until it is set.

2. Adjust the position of the thread within half an hour to get perfect bonding result.

3. Make sure the operating environment has enough moisture, if not, spray some water on the thread.

4. If shorter curing time is needed, certain pretreatment agent is advisable.
