The A component is the tinted thick liquid, non-solid particle. The B component is in tinted paste shape. Fast curing speed. At 25 °C, 1-3 hour later, the surface cures, 18 hours later, it reaches its maximum bonding strength. It cures during 40-60 minutes if put into heating oven of 80-100 ℃ Being durable and resistant to ultraviolet light once the bond has formed. Being heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature. With moderate viscosity, the adhesive leaves no bubbles, making the surface smooth and bright. Mix the two components in a certain proportion, apply it to the surface of the substrates acquiring no strict treatment, which makes it so convenient to use.
You.ll see long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes. Non-toxic after it cures, though it is a little smelly before the bonds form. Being stable, its shelf life is one and a half year. The main technical parameters are as follows:
Heat resistance scope:- 48 °C-+ 155 °C
Bonding strength: room temperature: Tensile strength≥35MPa; Shearing strength≥28 MPa
At 150 °C: Tensile strength 3-5 MPa |
