1.    Float glass and PUB film or sealing joint strip are needed to make fine laminated glass.

2.    Try to squeeze out the air between the two pieces of glass, if there is any, adding adhesive or extracting air are necessary measures.

3.    When the temperature is higher than 30°C, don’t place the glass in the direct sunshine longer than 90 minutes just in case the glass might be torn up because of the acute reaction of the adhesive.

4.    The ready-to-use adhesive mixture should be stored in shady and cool places.

5.    We should wait it dry after we clean the substrates.

6.    The substrates shouldn’t be weathering or worn out.

7.    If it is humid in the air, we shouldn’t clamp the glass in advance.

8.    We shouldn’t mix water or other materials into the adhesive, otherwise, it will be easy to form bubbles.

9.    Don’t mix this kind of adhesive with other kind.

10. Don’t misuse the tools.

11. The working site should be away from chemical factory.

12. Extract air.

13. Strictly follow the instructions to mix the adhesive in the right proportion and apply the mixture to a certain amount.
